A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, nationally certified coach, award-winning entrepreneur and author of a national bestselling book, Performance Your Guide To Personal & Professional Excellence. Diane is a frequent guest on national television networks including CTV, Global, CBC, Rogers, Cogeco and has been featured in Profit Magazine and in newspapers and on radio stations across North America and the Caribbean.

The Province of Ontario recognized Diane as an Outstanding Volunteer for launching the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Kitchener Waterloo. CTV recognized Diane as a Local Hero when she launched the very first Walking School Bus Program in Canada. She holds the distinction of being the first woman in Canada to independently execute an international book promotion tour and media campaign simultaneously, to make her book a national bestseller.

In 1999, she is the creator of The World’s First Energy Kit™, a combination of products designed to energize and launched in Washington DC at a global conference with women from over 50 countries. In 2012, Diane founded International Women’s Day Waterloo Region to connect and to celebrate women globally focusing on Women In Technology and Women In Engineering.

In 2016 Diane founded Over Fifty Global Movement For Women Entrepreneurs featuring women from over fifty countries to celebrate, collaborate by providing access to suppliers, distribution, media, customers, technology, expertise and fund women over fifty who are in business or want to start a business. Over Fifty launched in Canada, USA, Trinidad & Tobago and is currently planning to launch is Thailand and Austria.
